Fusion Personnel Ltd. in South Africa seeks a dynamic sales professional with a proven track record in SME and corporate markets. You will identify new opportunities, manage key accounts and drive growth in the beverage sector for the Cape Town region.

The role requires five plus years in sales, a valid driver’s license, and fluency in English. You will build pipelines, visit clients, negotiate deals, and collaborate with colleagues to achieve targets in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Matric / Senior Certificate.
• Minimum 5 years’ overall sales experience, including 3–4 years dealing with SME and corporate clients.
• Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle.
• Fluent in English; Afrikaans would be beneficial.
• Knowledge of the beverage industry and Cape Town business environment.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and secure new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting and independent lead generation.
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with SME and corporate clients.
• Manage existing accounts while identifying opportunities to grow sales and expand the customer base.
• Conduct client visits, present products and services, negotiate and close deals.
• Develop a strong understanding of the Cape Town market, local business culture and coffee industry.
• Maintain accurate sales records, customer information and administrative documentation.
• Manage regional sales activities, prioritise tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
• Provide guidance and support to branch colleagues, helping to motivate the team and improve overall performance.

• Fluent in English; Afrikaans would be beneficial.
