Elchemie in Mpumalanga – Nelspruit is seeking a Business Development professional to identify, pursue and secure new hygiene and pest control opportunities. You will generate leads, perform site visits, analyze client needs, and present tailored quotations to close deals.

Travel to client sites is regular; a minimum of 3 years in industry sales plus a valid driver’s license with your own vehicle is required. The role offers competitive base pay with commission and career growth opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years’ proven sales experience in hygiene and/or pest control services.
• Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM systems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong business development, networking, and relationship management abilities.

Aufgaben

• Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities in hygiene and pest control services.
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct site visits, assessments, and client needs analysis.
• Prepare and present accurate quotations, proposals, and service-level agreements.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals.
• Maintain updated CRM records and track all sales activities.
• Consolidate data for management reporting.
