• Identify business opportunities through market and industry research.
• Engage with existing and prospective customers to develop relationships and uncover needs.
• Promote Pest Control & Hygiene products and services, highlighting quality and value.
• Provide value-added services that address customer needs and support business objectives.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and retention.
• Provide management with feedback on customer needs, market trends and competitors.
• Develop and maintain a customer database and pursue sales opportunities.
• Develop and implement strategies to acquire new customers and grow accounts.
• Prepare, manage and process customer quotations accurately and timely.
• Negotiate sales and secure opportunities.
• Initiate invoicing and handover of confirmed sales to Operations.
• Drive monthly sales targets in line with commission policy.
• Coordinate product and service delivery with Branch Managers.
• Manage end-to-end invoicing for purchases and services.
