Job summary

Clinix Health Group (Pty) Ltd is seeking a proactive professional to plan, coordinate, execute and implement strategic processes for promoting rehabilitation services. You will build relationships with external partners to increase visibility, brand awareness and admissions targets.

The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience, registrations as applicable, and strong skills in ICD-10 coding, hospital operations, and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy or Nursing.
• Relevant body registration depending on qualification.
• 3–5 years’ relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop patient recruitment strategies for the facility and implement campaigns to increase brand and awareness.
• Develop a field admission plan to meet monthly, quarterly and annual growth targets.
• Ensure admissions targets and budgets are met and approved.
• Plan, coordinate and execute community outreach such as health fairs and wellness checks.
• Conduct regular marketing calls and visits to practices or healthcare institutions to increase referrals.
• Visit physicians and providers regarding rehabilitation services.
• Facilitate admissions decisions and ensure a positive admissions experience.
• Drive patient recruitment programmes for the rehabilitation programme.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Qualifications

DELIVERABLES

• Develop patient recruitment strategies for the facility and implement relevant campaigns that enhances the Hospital’s brand and increases community awareness
• Develop a field admission plan to meet monthly, quarterly and annual growth targets
• Ensure the hospital’s admissions targets and goals are met and within approved budgets
• Plan, coordinate and execute community outreach initiatives such a health fairs, wellness checks and caregiver support groups
• Conduct regular marketing calls and visits to relevant practices or healthcare institutions with the aim of increasing the overall number of referrals and admissions
• Conduct regular visits with physicians, healthcare providers regarding the facility’s rehabilitation services
• Facilitates admissions decisions (in collaboration with Therapy and Hospital manager) and ensures positive admissions experience for customers, caregivers and families
