Clinix Health Group (Pty) Ltd is seeking a results‑driven professional to promote rehabilitation services. You will plan and coordinate strategic processes, build external partnerships to boost visibility and admissions, and drive campaigns that raise brand awareness across Gauteng.

Responsibilities include developing recruitment strategies, managing field admissions plans to hit growth targets, and coordinating community outreach activities.

Formación

• Diploma or Degree in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy or Nursing.
• Relevant body registration depending on qualification.
• 3–5 years’ relevant work experience.

Responsabilidades

• Develop patient recruitment strategies for the facility and implement campaigns to raise brand awareness.
• Develop a field admission plan to meet monthly, quarterly and annual growth targets.
• Ensure admissions targets and budgets are met.
• Plan and execute community outreach such as health fairs and caregiver support groups.
• Conduct marketing calls and visits to practices or healthcare institutions to increase referrals.
• Regularly visit physicians and healthcare providers regarding rehabilitation services.
• Facilitate admissions decisions with Therapy and Hospital manager and ensure a positive admissions experience.

JOB SUMMARY

To plan, coordinate, execute and implement strategic processes of promoting and advertising the facility’s rehabilitation services. The incumbent is responsible for building relationships with external partners to increase visibility, brand awareness and admissions targets..

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree: Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Nursing
• Relevant body registration depending on qualification of incumbent

Minimum Experience

• 3-5 years’ relevant work experience

DELIVERABLES

• Develop patient recruitment strategies for the facility and implement relevant campaigns that enhances the Hospital’s brand and increases community awareness
• Develop a field admission plan to meet monthly, quarterly and annual growth targets
• Ensure the hospital’s admissions targets and goals are met and within approved budgets
• Plan, coordinate and execute community outreach initiatives such a health fairs, wellness checks and caregiver support groups
• Conduct regular marketing calls and visits to relevant practices or healthcare institutions with the aim of increasing the overall number of referrals and admissions
• Conduct regular visits with physicians, healthcare providers regarding the facility’s rehabilitation services
• Facilitates admissions decisions (in collaboration with Therapy and Hospital manager) and ensures positive admissions experience for customers, caregivers and families
• Drives patient recruitment programmes for the rehabilitation programme
