Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in Counselling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• Professional registration with a recognized counselling or psychotherapy board.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience providing family and individual counselling.
• Proficiency in telehealth platforms and secure virtual communication.
• Strong understanding of family systems theory and child development.
• Excellent therapeutic skills, empathy, and active listening.
• Ability to manage a caseload remotely and maintain boundaries.
