Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Family Studies or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience working directly with families in a support or counseling role.
• Knowledge of family systems theory and best practices in family support.
• Excellent communication, active listening and empathy skills.
• Proficiency with virtual communication platforms and managing remote caseloads.
• Familiarity with social services and resources in the Western Cape.
