Placements24 is seeking a Family Support Specialist to work remotely across KwaZulu-Natal, providing vital services to families in need. You will assess needs, guide clients to resources, and deliver support via digital platforms from home.

Qualifications

• Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of family support experience.
• Experience delivering services via virtual platforms.
• Strong understanding of family dynamics and child development.
• Excellent digital literacy and use of video conferencing tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage a remote caseload.
