First National Bank (FNB) invites applications for a Branch Advisor. In a busy POP environment, you will deliver compliant financial advice, nurture client relationships, and promote appropriate product solutions aligned with FAIS and TCF principles.

You will manage leads, referrals, and client follow-ups with ethical accountability. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in customer-facing financial services, strong communication skills, and a client-centric mindset.

Formación

• Minimum qualification: Grade 12 / NQF Level 4.
• Preferred: NQF Level 5 Certificate in Banking, Business Admin, Customer Service or related FAIS fields.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer-facing financial services environments.

Responsabilidades

• Build and manage long-term client relationships to support retention and growth.
• Provide compliant, professional financial advice in a high-volume branch setting.
• Educate clients on banking channels and product solutions.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
