FirstRand Limited’s FNB POP Branch Advisor role focuses on delivering compliant, professional financial advice in a high-volume branch. The position emphasizes understanding client needs, offering suitable product solutions, and maintaining relationships within FAIS, FICA, and TCF guidelines.

You will build lasting client connections, educate customers on banking channels, manage leads, and strive to meet sales and service targets while upholding ethical standards and brand promises.

Formación

• Strong understanding of FAIS, TCF, and client-centric advice principles.
• Proven ability to meet sales, service, and compliance targets.

Responsabilidades

• Build and manage long-term client relationships to support retention and growth.
• Provide a positive customer experience by being helpful and sensitive to customer transactional needs.
• Educate customers on the correct Banking platform aligned with their needs.
• Connect with customers by living up to the brand promise of how can we help you?
• Analyze customer data and provide appropriate financial advice aligned to client goals.
• Maintain accurate and complete client records and documentation.
• Achieve individual and branch sales and service targets.
• Conduct yourself in an ethical manner.
