Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualification: NQF Level 5 Certificate in Banking, Business Administration, Customer Service, or related FAIS-recognised field.

Responsibilities

• Provide compliant, professional financial advice to walk-in and existing clients in a high-volume branch.
• Build and manage long-term client relationships to support retention and growth.
• Achieve personal and branch sales and service targets.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation in line with FAIS, FICA, and TCF.
