Job summary

You will guide customers to suitable solutions while maintaining strong client relationships and records. This role emphasizes FAIS/TCF adherence and ethical advice.

The ideal candidate is client-focused, persuasive, and organized, capable of solving problems and meeting sales and service goals within a collaborative team at a local POP branch.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: NQF Level 5 Certificate in Banking, Business Administration, Customer Service, or related fields.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer-facing environments within financial services.
• Strong understanding of FAIS, TCF and client-centric advisory principles.
• Proven ability to meet sales, service and compliance targets.
