Job summary

FNB is seeking a Branch Advisor to deliver compliant, professional financial guidance in a high‑volume branch, focusing on client needs and relationship management in line with FAIS, FICA and TCF.

You will build long‑term client relationships, educate customers on banking channels, and achieve sales and service targets while maintaining accurate records, staying compliant and upholding the bank's brand promise.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualification: NQF Level 5 Certificate in Banking, Business Administration, Customer Service or related fields FAIS.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer-facing environments, service delivery, or client support within financial services.
