Job summary

CBRE Excellerate is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee client premises, ensuring reliable operations, safety, and cost-effective service delivery. You will supervise the facilities team, coordinate with vendors, and drive improvements across the portfolio to meet SLA targets.

The role requires strong leadership, HVAC/maintenance background, and proficient use of CAFM and MS Office tools. Weekend work and a valid driver’s license are expected where required.

Qualifications

• Matric with technical Refrigeration/Electrical/Mechanical or HVAC qualification
• 5+ years of related facilities management experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role
• Experience with client management, budgeting, service contracts, and leasing agreements

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and implement facilities and operations policies for the client.
• Coordinate third-party service providers and vendors with daily interaction.
• Monitor health, safety regulations and ensure SLA compliance.
• Oversee day-to-day facilities management and cost control.
• Respond to emergencies and maintain up-time for client operations.
