Job summary

Excellerate is seeking a skilled Facilities Manager to plan, direct and oversee the operations of client premises within a structured services portfolio. You will manage service delivery, coordinate third-party providers, and ensure safety and efficiency across all facilities.

The role requires an HVAC or Refrigeration/Electrical/Mechanical qualification, strong leadership, budgeting, and excellent communication to support ongoing client operations and SLA compliance.

Qualifications

• Matric
• Technical qualification Refrigeration/Electrical/Mechanical or HVAC is a requirement
• Additional related maintenance and client management training preferred

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop and implement facilities and operations policies for the specific client.
• Assist Senior Management in developing short- and long-term goals and plans.
• Assist with long term budget projections.
• Execute established operational goals and ensure corporate plans are supported.
• Develop policies and procedures for Client operations and review existing policies for efficiency.
• Coordinate maintenance activities and third-party service providers.
• Respond to emergency call outs to ensure uptime for the client.
