Job summary

CBRE Excellerate seeks a Technical Facilities Manager to oversee building systems, maintenance, and optimization of infrastructure. You will ensure HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and life-safety systems run efficiently and safely, while leading a skilled team across multiple sites.

The role requires 5–7 years in facilities or technical operations, a Diploma in Facilities Management, and certifications such as CFM/PMP/LEED/FMP are a plus. On-site with possible travel between sites.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Facilities Management and minimum 5 years in office/manufacturing facilities.
• Certifications in CFM, PMP, LEED, or FMP are a plus.
• Hands-on knowledge of building systems and maintenance best practices.
• Experience with energy management and sustainability initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of building systems (HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing).
• Lead preventive and corrective maintenance scheduling.
• Manage budgets, procurement, and KPI reporting.
• Coordinate inspections, audits, and safety compliance.
• Supervise technicians, engineers, and contractors.
