Job summary

CBRE Excellerate in South Africa seeks a Facilities Operations Manager to plan, organise, and direct activities of buildings in the client portfolio. You will oversee service delivery, procure services, manage third-party contracts, and direct maintenance to keep facilities in optimal condition.

Responsibilities include budgeting support, policy development, vendor coordination, emergency response, and leading maintenance teams.

Qualifications

• Matric and Refrigeration/HVAC/Electrical qualification required.
• Additional maintenance and client management training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and implement facilities and operations management policies for the client.
• Coordinate and manage third party service providers and vendors.
• Respond to emergencies to ensure up-time for the client.
• Direct preventive maintenance and ensure compliance with procedures and regulations.
