You will analyze existing facilities, design layouts, and implement improvements with CAD and simulation tools, collaborating with safety and maintenance teams to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial engineering with a significant focus on facility layout and design.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) for layout design.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current facility layouts and operational workflows to identify areas for improvement.
• Design optimal factory and warehouse layouts using CAD software and simulation tools.
• Develop plans for equipment placement, material handling systems, and workspace ergonomics.
• Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and safety teams to ensure designs meet functional and regulatory requirements.
• Implement layout changes, overseeing installation and verifying effectiveness.
• Conduct cost-benefit analyses for proposed facility modifications.
