- Proficiency in CAD (AutoCAD) and layout simulation tools.
- Experience with material flow analysis and optimization.
- Strong safety and ergonomic knowledge for industrial settings.
- Excellent spatial reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities
- Design and optimize plant layouts, workstations, and material handling for efficiency and safety.
- Develop flow charts, process maps, and facility layouts using CAD and simulation software.
- Analyze space requirements and maximize production and warehousing utilization.
- Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and safety teams on layout changes.
- Conduct ergonomic assessments and implement improvements for worker comfort and productivity.
- Plan and manage facility modifications and expansions to support growth.
