Placements24 is seeking an Industrial Engineer focused on facilities and layout design to join our Sandton team. You will design, optimize, and manage the layout of manufacturing plants, warehouses, and other facilities to maximize safety, efficiency, and workflow.

The role requires strong spatial reasoning, process optimization, and experience with CAD and simulation tools to create optimal spatial arrangements and material flow paths. Hybrid work and project opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in facility layout design and optimization.
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and simulation tools (Arena, FlexSim).
• Strong understanding of material handling systems, ergonomics, and safety standards.
