Responsibilities

• Assist in the scheduling and deployment of cleaning staff to various client sites.
• Monitor the quality of cleaning services provided, conducting site inspections as needed.
• Manage and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Communicate with site managers and clients to address service needs and concerns.
• Assist in the training and onboarding of new cleaning personnel.
• Maintain accurate records related to cleaning activities, staff hours, and supply usage.
• Respond to immediate cleaning needs or emergencies as they arise.
• Support the Facilities Management team in coordinating overall site maintenance.
