Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Facilities Cleaning Coordinator for their Polokwane premises. The role focuses on planning cleaning operations, supervising staff, and ensuring adherence to quality, safety and regulatory standards to support a productive work environment.

The successful candidate will lead cleaning teams, manage supplies and budgets, and liaison with facility managers to align cleaning activities with business needs. This is a hands-on operational role in Limpopo.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in cleaning management or facility maintenance coordination.
• Experience supervising cleaning staff and managing operational schedules.
• Solid understanding of cleaning chemicals, equipment and best practices in sanitation.
• Excellent organizational, communication and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in South Africa, particularly in Polokwane.
• Ability to manage budgets and control costs effectively.
