About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Cleaning Supervisor to lead their cleaning team in Nelspruit . This role involves managing daily cleaning operations, ensuring high standards of hygiene and presentation across multiple sites. You will be responsible for supervising staff, coordinating schedules, managing supplies, and ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations. Your leadership and organizational skills will be instrumental in maintaining the cleanliness and operational efficiency of the client’s facilities in Mpumalanga, contributing to a positive and safe environment for all.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct the daily activities of the cleaning staff to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and to standard.
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules, ensuring adequate coverage across all designated areas.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to monitor quality of work and identify any areas needing attention.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed and ensuring proper storage.
• Train new cleaning staff on company procedures, safety protocols, and the proper use of equipment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning or facilities management industry.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation practices , and health & safety regulations.
