Job summary

Bonafide Human Capital is assisting a Midrand passenger vehicle dealership with an experienced F&I Manager role. You will drive vehicle finance sales, ensure regulatory compliance, and maximise gross profit across the dealership network.

The successful candidate will bring a minimum of 3 years in a similar customer-focused role within automotive retail, plus relevant diplomas and regulatory accreditation as required.

Qualifications

• Up-to-date knowledge of vehicle legislation, trade practices and dealership policies.
• Experience in customer service and sales management within automotive retail.
• Regulatory understanding including NCA, CRA, FAIS and FICA obligations.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the dealership network with vehicle finance and approved products.
• Maximise gross profit while ensuring compliance and integrity requirements are met.
• Assist with training, fit & proper, honesty and ongoing regulatory obligations.
