Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role within a hotel or restaurant.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and stock control.
• Matric Certificate.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the Food & Beverage department.
• Ensure excellent service standards and guest satisfaction.
• Assist with staff training, development, and performance management.
• Maintain high hygiene and safety standards in compliance with hotel policies.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and cost control.
• Support the Food & Beverage Manager with operational and administrative tasks.
