Job summary

Responsibilities

• Guest Service Experts set tables, interact and serve guests, and communicate with the kitchen to ensure smooth service.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area; uphold quality standards and professional appearance and communications.
• Read and verify menu information; manage transactions in a guest‑ready manner.
• Stand, walk, or move for extended periods; lift or move objects up to 25 pounds without assistance and up to 50 pounds with help.
• Be proactive in creating a memorable guest experience consistent with Protea Hotels by Marriott® standards.
