Job summary

Responsibilities

• Inspect staff grooming and attire; rectify deficiencies.
• Complete opening/closing duties: supplies, cleaning, and equipment checks.
• Inspect storage areas for organization and FIFO usage; maintain cleanliness.
• Complete inventories and requisition necessary supplies.
• Monitor dining rooms for seating, service, safety, and guest well‑being.
• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, and coaching employees.
