You will engage with retailers, expand distribution, manage retail accounts, and execute merchandising plans. Regular travel within the territory, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a proven ability to meet targets are essential for success in this dynamic role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of field sales experience, preferably FMCG/retail.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle.
• Ability to work independently across a designated sales territory.
• Strong understanding of sales principles and CRM.
