Qualifications

• 3+ years’ external sales experience, preferably in building materials, hardware, construction, or related industries.
• Grade 12 / Matric is required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Drive bulk sales and close deals with contractors, developers and trade customers.
• Develop new business and secure additional revenue streams in the building materials/hardware sector.
• Maintain quotes, process orders and respond to customer requests with follow-up discipline.
• Build strong relationships and negotiate effectively to achieve targets and gross profit goals.
• Manage your territory with disciplined field visits and structured call cycles.
• Understand products, applications and customer requirements to provide suitable solutions.
