Job summary

Dante Personnel seeks an export logistics professional to oversee cargo from origin to destination, coordinating packing, booking, tracking and dispatch. You will prepare invoices, packing lists and bills of lading, and communicate daily with clients, lines and airlines.

Adhere to customs laws and Incoterms while keeping systems up to date and resolving delays promptly. The successful candidate will bring 3–5 years in sea/air freight, strong logistics knowledge, and proficiency in CargoWise and

• Maintain accurate logistics tracking software and databases.
• Resolve delays and shipment issues quickly.
• 3–5 years in sea and air freight export operations.
• Strong understanding of logistics, customs and consolidations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and freight systems (e.g., CargoWise).
• Excellent communication, high attention to detail and problem-solving.
