Job summary

Bidvest International Logistics in Durban is seeking an Exports Controller to take ownership of clients' cargo and proactively inform them of export progress across road, rail, or ocean.

You will guide clients on best practices and industry changes to add value in terms of costs, time and completeness, while maintaining proactive communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Job description

We have an exciting Exports Controller position which will be resposible for taking control and ownership of our clients cargo and keeping the clients pro-actively informed of progress of the export shipment, be it by road, rail or ocean. Be proactive with clients needs and guide them of the best practice, changes in the industry and add value to their business in terms of costs, time and completeness (OTIFNE)

Ensure proactivness and very high levels of communication to both clients, internal and external stakeholders.
