Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Medical Receptionist experience in private practice.
• Knowledge of medical billing and private healthcare administration is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Greet patients and visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
• Answer calls, emails, and patient inquiries.
• Schedule appointments and maintain the doctor’s diary; confirm updates.
• Coordinate with medical aids regarding authorisations and coding.
• Handle billing queries with the external bureau and maintain patient records.
