The role requires 6+ years in executive recruitment, exceptional networking, and the ability to build trusted relationships with clients and senior candidates. Office-based collaboration in Nelspruit is essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and candidate mapping for executive roles.
• Manage full executive search lifecycle from brief to placement.
• Develop sourcing strategies to identify passive and active senior candidates.
• Conduct rigorous interviews assessing leadership competencies and culture fit.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior executives and hiring managers.
• Collaborate with clients to understand objectives and culture and talent needs.
• Present qualified candidates with detailed profiles and insights.
• Negotiate offers and manage onboarding processes.
• Support business development and client relationships.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism and ethical conduct.
