Qualifications

• A minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in recruitment, with a significant focus on executive search.
• Proven track record of successfully placing senior-level executives (Director, VP, C-suite).
• Demonstrated experience in business development and cultivating long-term client partnerships.
• Exceptional networking, research, and candidate assessment skills.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with the ability to inspire and guide others.
• Excellent understanding of various industry sectors and their leadership needs.
• Superior communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• A relevant Bachelor's degree is required; a Master's degree or MBA is advantageous.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
