Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years in executive search, healthcare & life sciences experience preferred.
• Ability to recruit for CEOs, COOs, CMOs, VPs of Research and other senior roles.
• Strong understanding of industry trends, regulatory landscapes, and key players.

Responsibilities

• Conduct retained executive searches for senior leadership in healthcare and life sciences.
• Develop search strategies, gather market intelligence, identify and engage candidates.
• Build and maintain a network of healthcare executives and potential candidates.
• Manage client relationships, provide expert updates throughout the search process.
• Conduct candidate assessments, interviews, and reference checks.
• Prepare detailed candidate profiles and search reports for clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance market understanding and talent pools.
• Support business development by identifying new opportunities in the sector.
