Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly analytical and innovative remote E-commerce Growth Hacker & Analytics Specialist to drive aggressive user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue across all digital touchpoints.

You will design experiments, build dashboards, and collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities in a globally accessible online marketplace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Economics, CS, Mathematics, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of growth marketing, performance marketing, or data analysis in ecommerce/tech.
• Experience designing and running A/B tests and experimentation frameworks.
• Proficiency in web analytics platforms and SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests to optimize funnel conversion.
• Develop data-driven growth strategies for acquisition, activation, retention, referral, and revenue.
• Utilize analytics tools (GA, Mixpanel, Amplitude) to track KPIs and derive insights.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering to prioritize growth initiatives.
• Evaluate new growth channels including SEO, SEM, content, affiliates, and social ads.
• Build dashboards and reports to monitor growth and communicate findings.
• Develop user segmentation to personalize marketing and improve CLV.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis in the ecommerce landscape.
