Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or Business Administration.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management, with mining or heavy industry experience.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale operations and diverse teams.
• In-depth knowledge of mining operations, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with budget management, P&L responsibility, and financial analysis.
• Proficiency in operational planning and resource allocation.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and travel extensively within the region.
• Residency or relocation near Rustenburg, North West.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize all operational activities within the assigned region, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
