Qualifications
- Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in mechanical engineering with a focus on industrial automation.
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams and managing complex automation projects.
- Expertise in robotics, mechatronics, and PLC-controlled systems.
- Proficiency with simulation software and CAD/CAE tools.
- Strong understanding of electrical and software integration within mechanical systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of mechanical engineers focused on industrial automation projects.
- Design and develop custom mechanical solutions for robotic systems, conveyor belts, and automated manufacturing processes.
- Oversee the integration of mechanical components with control systems, PLCs, and software.
- Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost-benefit analyses for proposed automation projects.
- Ensure designs comply with safety, industry, and environmental regulations.
- Troubleshoot complex mechanical issues in automated systems and implement effective solutions.
