Qualifications

PhD or Master’s in Industrial/ Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering with automation specialization.
10+ years in industrial engineering with a strong automation focus.
Proven track record leading complex automation projects from concept to deployment.
Deep expertise in robotics, PLC programming, SCADA, and other industrial control technologies.

Responsibilities

Lead automation initiatives across manufacturing operations.
Design, develop, and integrate robotic systems and control systems.
Analyze current manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency gains.
Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and timelines for automation projects.
Oversee the selection, installation, and commissioning of automated equipment.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless integration of new technologies.
Develop and implement robust testing protocols for automated systems.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams involved in automation projects.
Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in industrial automation and robotics.
Ensure that all automation solutions comply with industry standards and safety regulations.
