Placements24 seeks a highly skilled Automation Engineer with a strong mechanical background to design, develop and implement automated mechanical systems in Centurion, Gauteng. You will integrate mechanical and control systems, leveraging CAD, PLCs and robotics to boost efficiency and productivity.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics, at least 6 years in automation, and hands-on experience with PLCs, HMIs, robotics, and CAD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years in automation engineering with a strong mechanical component.
• Proficiency with PLCs, HMIs, and robotics; CAD experience a plus.
