Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an experienced Lead Tennis Coach to oversee our George tennis programs. You will design a comprehensive coaching curriculum, lead junior coaches, and provide high-level instruction to players of all ages.

The role requires a deep understanding of technique, biomechanics, psychology, and conditioning, plus strong leadership and communication to inspire athletes and staff while developing the club's community and facilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of high-performance tennis coaching experience.
• PTR or USPTA coaching certifications are desirable.
• Ability to develop players from beginner to advanced levels.
• Knowledge of biomechanics, sports psychology, and conditioning for tennis.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in program management and staff supervision.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver elite tennis training programs for juniors and adults focusing on technique, strategy, and fitness.
• Supervise and mentor assistant coaches to ensure consistent instruction.
