Tsebo Solutions Group, Cape Town, is seeking an experienced waiter to deliver professional food and beverage service to executives, clients, and visitors. You will prepare and set up executive dining rooms, boardrooms, and meeting venues to presentation standards.

In this role you will serve meals, refreshments, and beverages, maintain immaculate dining areas, and assist with catering events. Knowledge of menus, ingredients, and hygiene practices is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
• 2–3 years' experience as a waiter in corporate or hospitality settings.
• Experience in executive dining or fine dining is preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.

Responsabilités

• Deliver professional food and beverage service to executives, clients, and visitors.
• Prepare and set up executive dining rooms, boardrooms, and meeting venues.
• Serve meals, refreshments, and beverages according to service standards.
• Ensure all dining and meeting areas are clean, organized, and presentation-ready.
• Assist with the preparation and presentation of catering functions and special events.
• Maintain excellent knowledge of menus, ingredients, and service protocols.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and requirements.
• Monitor stock levels of beverages, cutlery, crockery, and hospitality supplies.
• Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and health and safety regulations.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when interacting with executives and guests.
