HotelJobs in Centurion is seeking a Guest Assistant / Server to provide food, beverages and attentive hospitality services to executive management, employees, and visitors within a professional office environment.

The role supports day-to-day refreshment services, maintains kitchen cleanliness and hygiene, monitors consumables, coordinates catering needs and assists with basic administrative duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum Grade 12 (National Senior Certificate) or an equivalent qualification.
• 1 to 3 years of working experience in food service or a corporate environment.
• Basic food safety or hygiene training in compliance with health regulations.
• Neat, well-groomed, and professional presentation.
• Ability to prepare and serve refreshments punctually according to meeting schedules.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve tea, coffee, refreshments, and catered meals to boardrooms, offices, and designated staff areas.
• Set up boardrooms for meetings.
• Liaise with front office and executive offices to prepare for the days events & meetings.
• Greet and accommodate corporate visitors, clients, and executives with professional etiquette.
• Keep pantry areas, kitchens, and dining spaces clean, well-stocked, and organized.
• Monitor stock levels for refreshments, kitchen supplies, and pantry items, reporting shortages when necessary.
