Placements24 seeks an experienced Club Manager to oversee operations of a premier sports and recreation club in Vereeniging, Gauteng. You will drive member satisfaction, revenue growth, and exceptional service while leading a multi-disciplinary team.

The role requires a strategic leader with a strong background in hospitality or sports facility management, capable of managing budgets and navigating regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Sports Management or related field.
• Minimum 10 years in club/hospitality/sports facility management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Experience in financial management, budgeting, and P&L responsibility.
• Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic business plans.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays in Vereeniging.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the sports and recreation club.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to grow membership and revenue.
• Lead a diverse team of department heads and staff.
• Develop and manage annual operating budgets and capital plans.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
• Manage vendor relationships and program expansion.
