Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in event coordination or a related hospitality role.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and coordination of all banqueting and event logistics.
• Serve as a point of contact for clients leading up to and during events.
• Coordinate with various departments, including catering, AV, and operations, to ensure seamless event execution.
• Manage event timelines, schedules, and vendor arrangements.
• Prepare event documentation, including floor plans, seating charts, and run sheets.
• Provide on-site support during events, troubleshooting any issues that arise.
