Placements24 is recruiting an Event Catering Coordinator for a prominent Port Elizabeth catering service in the Eastern Cape. You will manage client inquiries, coordinate with kitchen and service teams, and oversee on-site execution to deliver flawless events.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized with excellent communication skills, capable of managing budgets and timelines, and willing to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main client liaison from inquiry to completion.
• Develop event plans with menus, timelines, staffing, and logistics.
• Prepare client proposals and contracts with pricing and terms.
• Coordinate with culinary, service, and supplier teams.
• Oversee on-site setup and service, troubleshooting issues.
• Conduct post-event follow-ups to ensure satisfaction.
