Job summary

PM Recruitment is seeking an experienced Events Coordinator for Stellenbosch University environment. You will plan, coordinate, and execute a range of corporate and institutional events from enquiry through to post-event administration.

Based in Stellenbosch, you will work closely with clients, internal teams and suppliers to ensure flawless delivery, strong stakeholder communication, and financial compliance. The role demands excellent organisational skills and a client-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Previous experience coordinating corporate or institutional events is preferred.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple events.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Take events from enquiry and planning through to execution and post-event administration.
• Coordinate venue, vendors, and on-site logistics to ensure smooth delivery.
