About the Role

Our client, a premier event services provider in Upington, Northern Cape, ZA , is seeking a dynamic and experienced Event Catering Manager to lead their catering operations. This is a pivotal role responsible for ensuring the flawless execution of all catering services for a wide range of events, from intimate gatherings to large-scale functions. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of catering operations, including menu planning, food preparation, service delivery, and event setup.
• Manage and motivate a team of catering staff, including chefs, servers, and event coordinators, ensuring high standards of performance.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored catering solutions.
