Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 4 years in food service or hospitality management.
• 2-year degree in Hospitality or related field with 2 years of management experience.
• Experience in hotel banquet operations and event coordination preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and on-site execution of all banquet events.
• Coordinate with Sales and property departments to ensure top-level service.
• Identify up-sell opportunities to maximize event revenue.
• Monitor billing accuracy and review final invoices with clients.
• Oversee banquet staff during events and ensure compliance with standards.
• Assist with client site inspections and post-event follow-ups.
