Oostelike Personeel Konsultante invites applications for a Vehicle Sales Executive with EV specialization in Centurion, Gauteng. You will guide clients through EV product features, charge solutions, and total cost of ownership, while meeting sales targets and delivering excellent customer experiences.

Offering a realistic base salary of R10,000–R15,000 gross per month with a 10% commission on dealership net profit, plus benefits and a 3-month probation period, this full-time role is branch-based

Qualifications

• Citizenship: South African birth citizen with SA ID.
• Licensing & background: Valid SA driver's license and clean criminal record.
• Industry Experience: Automotive dealership sales with EV knowledge or interest.
• Technical Skills & Attributes: Tech-forward mindset and strong negotiation skills; proficient CRM and finance tools.
• Track Record: Provide contactable references from previous roles.

Responsibilities

• Source and convert leads to meet dealership sales targets.
• Deliver EV product presentations and conduct expert test drives.
• Manage relationships and CRM to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Structure trade-ins and finance packages within compliance standards.
• Oversee handovers ensuring customers are onboarded on EV software and charging.
